Reviewing your payment invoices:
You can review your payment invoices from transactions section on the payment page.
Your payment is rejected:
If we’re unable to process your credit card on the due date, a warning will be displayed on your Tablehero account page, and an email will be sent to your registered email address. The warning won’t be visible to visitors to your website. Additional attempts will be made every 5 days. After the third attempt, you will no longer be able to make changes to your website, and any catering leads will no longer be forwarded to you.
Credit card charge is declined:
A credit card charge may be declined because:
- the card number is incorrect
- the expiry date or the CVV code is incorrect
If the card number, expiry date and the CVV code are all correct, then the bank is denying the charge for another reason. Please contact your bank with the details of the charge (the charge would have been made to TABLEHERO INC). Once the issue has been resolved, please try the payment again.
