This article will help you set your notification preferences -- how your restaurant will be notified when a customer places an order online.
To start, first log in to your Tablehero account, then click on "Manage" under the "Online Ordering" section of your dashboard.
Next, click on "Notifications" from the menu on the left.
Now, the first step is to enter a 10-digit number where your online order notifications will be sent to via text.
If you would like to also receive a phone call, click the checkmark icon until it is green, then enter a 10-digit number.
Finally, enter an email address where your online order notifications will also be sent to via email.
When you are done setting up your notifications, click "Save changes" to finalize your preferences.
