Stripe is a platform that allows customers to pay for their orders online, rather than paying at your restaurant. Tablehero Orders is integrated with Stripe because it not only conveniences customers who prefer to pay when they order online, but it also saves you time not having to accept payments during order pickup. Stripe takes a cut of 2.9% + 30 cents from the total order amount, and the rest goes directly to you.
To start, first log in to your Tablehero account, then click on "Manage" under the "Online Ordering" section of your dashboard.
Next, click on "Payment" from the menu on the left.
Now, click on the blue "Connect with Stripe" button to be redirected to Stripe's website.
Fill out the required information to create and connect your Stripe account to Tablehero. The form requires your account details, personal details, credit card details, and bank details. When it is completed, click on the blue "Authorize access to this account" button to be redirected back to Tablehero.
